About the Role
Who You'll Work With:
As the Sr. Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will be a part of the Regional Talent Acquisition team and will partner with our Head of Talent Acquisition and our Enterprise Marketing team. You will also be a part of a fast-moving and high-energy company experiencing triple-digit growth.
What You Will Do
Marketing and Intelligence: 65%
Work closely with Regional TA teams to identify key hiring priorities and challenges while providing data-based solutions.
Conduct regional labor market research to identify trends, talent demand analysis, sourcing opportunities and competitor benchmarking.
Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to consolidate and analyze data from a variety of sources to produce (monthly, quarterly, annual) dashboards clearly articulating what the data means and how we can act upon it.
Plan, establish and oversee Arrow's employer brand presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Indeed, Comparably, Glassdoor, and others.
Partner with external vendors to lead brand activation and recruitment marketing strategies across our owned, earned, and paid media (e.g., careers site, review sites, programmatic advertising, SEO and more).
Develop targeted outreach campaigns and initiatives to engage with a broad and diverse candidate pool to produce awareness and draw high quality candidates to Arrow.
Develop and analyze metrics for employment branding programs, social media, and other talent attraction efforts tied to key hiring/growth objectives.
Build, manage and optimize large-scale multi-channel marketing and sourcing campaigns.
Manage recruiting materials needed for hiring events and campaigns.
Monitor social media activity on employment related websites about the company.
Manage and maintain career site and content.
Support ad-hoc intelligence and analysis needs as required.
Recruitment and Sourcing: 35%
Source and present candidates to a select client portfolio.
Utilize data to identify the root cause of recruiting challenges and provide recommendations for resolutions.
Review and redesign of job descriptions and marketing materials.
What You Need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
5 years' experience analyzing TA/HR data to provide actionable insights.
5 years' experience managing job boards, placing job advertisements, and measuring the effectiveness and ROI of social media utilization.
Experience converting data into presentations used to tell a story and inform/influence.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Experience working with and consolidating data from multiple sources.
Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and visual.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
What is Nice to Have
Experience with a variety of talent intelligence tools
Exposure to various job board platforms such as Indeed, Glassdoor, Zip Recruiter, iHire, Craigslist, LinkedIn, and others.
Familiarity with automated mass marketing such as email and text blasts, ringless voicemail drop technology, and drip campaigns.
