JD for Senior BA: Senior BA with 9 – 11 yrs
Responsibilities
•
technical solutions that are efficient and satisfactory to both the respective business and the engineering team
•
Develop comprehensive workflow diagrams of current "As-Is" and future "Should-Be" business processes, systems, and user interactions utilizing MS office or other process flow applications
•
Collaborating with IT development teams, create the testing strategy, testing plan, and the writing of test scripts that follow use cases formulated during business requirements gathering
•
Partner with Change Management staff to deploy the training program and review completion of training sessions covering the designated teams
•
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
•
Conduct timely meetings with project stakeholders about project issues, milestones, and accomplishments
